Sessions founded in psychotherapeutic practices and dynamic counselling fuelled by creativity, curiosity and coffee. We can meet online via Zoom or in-person at my practice space in Surry Hills (inner Sydney).

ALIGN with Human Design
If you're feeling lost, stuck or anxious about your life, exploring who you were born to be through your Human Design chart may offer signs to reorient you to where you are meant to be focusing your energy and directing your life. Included in this session is a follow-up reflection on some of the major points within your chart.
