Women are powerful.
My work focuses on supporting you to connect with who you were born to be - for the sake of our world.

For so long, we have been fed a steady diet of Disney fairytales, unattainable magazine spreads, and horror stories of ‘disagreeable women’, all of which keeps us distracted and busy worrying about how to please everyone around us, while looking good, and ticking off the never-ending to-do list that we somehow got lumped with. WTF? My work is resistance embedded in dynamic counselling that hopes to help you break free of the shackles society has clamped on you, so you may realise who you are and how you can help change our world for the better.

Danielle Hanrahan

COUNSELLOR, STRATEGIST, REBEL

As a recovering ‘good girl’, I feel most alive when I am guiding, supporting and empowering women to connect with their truth, reclaim the lead role in their destiny, and to start taking aligned action on their dreams - because there is no better way to build self-trust and self-belief than by walking the talk.

I fundamentally believe that women who believe in themselves, and their power to change the world, will actually change the world. We need you, and your unique gifts now more than ever.

A bold plan…

My vision is to empower 100,000 women to take radical responsibility for their own destiny & then, to help make our world a better place.

My work empowers women to reconnect with their authentic selves, embrace their feminine energy, and reclaim their inner power. Through deep self-insight and personal transformation, I guide my clients to navigate life with clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose. I believe that every woman has the ability to be the heroine of her own story—living with intention, courage, and passion as she charts her own course and makes a meaningful contribution to the world.

Kind words from clients…

"I have been working with Danielle for over two years, and feel so privileged to have found such a supportive counsellor. She gently uncovers areas of discomfort and gets to the root cause of my dissatisfaction, not by telling me what is wrong, but working WITH me, so that I understand for myself.

Her insight is always personal, she knows exactly where we left off in previous sessions  - no matter how much time has passed. I particularly love her session notes - I leave with practical steps that are tailored to my goals."

— Heather, Central Coast

"I am so glad I found Danielle. She made my partner and I feel at ease from our first meeting and has continued to do so since. Our sessions have come with many tears, but I think it's because she hits the right spot with her questions and insights. Additionally, it has been reassuring, comforting and immensely helpful to my journey to receive detailed session notes following our consults, and honestly an unfortunate rarity in the field. Thank you Danielle!"

— Tara, Sydney

"If I didn't have your advice and coaching I would never have reached my growth goals, and more importantly, I think some of my interpersonal relationships that have been challenging, and my mental health would have been in shambles. The support you have given me has been my lighthouse through some tough times and has resonated through both my own self-care, my personal, and my business relationships and endeavours. I cannot put a price on the time we've spent together and all your insights, care and support. You are the GOAT!"

— Phil, Sydney

FAQs

Some commonly asked questions.

  • A friendly, hopefully fun, container where you get to be centre-stage and we co-create a space of curiosity, creativity and empowerment. We are committed to your highest potential, and we believe that comes through greater self-awareness. You can expect intuitive insights, a non-judgemental space, psycho-education, and personalised action plans for integrating our wisdom and making moves towards your next evolution.

  • In my eight years plus of sitting with people as they navigate habitual patterns, big life transitions, relationship challenges, overwhelm, anxiety, burnout and low self-worth, I have seen a wide range of clients. From children to our elders navigating dementia and other health-related issues, as well as couples moving through interpersonal issues, I have been so privileged to see a wide spectrum of our community. However, my biggest group of clients and my area of focus, are professional women in their 20s, 30s and 40s seeking to shift their self-worth stories so they may reach their potential and feel empowered to create lives they truly love.

  • We're never going to know something until we try it. If I could give my 20-year-old self a piece of advice, it would be: "Go and find a mentor - whether that be a boss, older friend, or psychologist/counsellor/coach". It's difficult to truly see ourselves, and our blindspots, when we try to do the work on our own. I should know, I've always acted with lone wolf strategies. But if you want to make greater progress sooner, I can't recommend seeking out someone whose approach and style you resonate with.
